These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of [wpautoterms site_url] and all private tours, customized itineraries, reservations, transportation arrangements, accommodations, excursions, and related travel services arranged or provided by Altni Tours, a business registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (“Altni Tours,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before requesting, confirming, or paying for any travel services.
By using our website, approving an itinerary or quotation, paying a deposit or other amount, or participating in travel arrangements made by Altni Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If one traveler makes a reservation on behalf of additional travelers, that person represents that they are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of everyone included in the reservation and agrees to provide these Terms to all members of the travel party.
Altni Tours specializes in private and customized travel experiences in Morocco.
Our services may include private transportation, English-speaking drivers, local guides, hotels, traditional riads, desert camps, airport transfers, meals, sightseeing, excursions, entrance fees, cultural activities, and other travel arrangements described in the traveler’s confirmed itinerary.
All tours are privately arranged for the traveler and their travel party unless expressly stated otherwise.
Our itineraries may be customized according to:
Sample itineraries displayed on our website are intended to provide ideas and examples.
They may be modified according to availability, travel preferences, local conditions, or the traveler’s requested customization.
Submitting an inquiry or receiving a proposed itinerary does not create a confirmed reservation.
The traveler’s final:
form part of the agreement between the traveler and Altni Tours.
If information contained in confirmed booking documents differs from general information displayed elsewhere on our website, the confirmed booking documents will control for that reservation.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per person.
Tour prices may depend on factors including:
Website pricing is intended to assist travelers with planning.
The final price for a customized tour will be stated in the written quotation or invoice provided by Altni Tours.
Unless otherwise stated in the traveler’s quotation, tours that include travel dates between December 20 and January 5 are subject to an additional 10% holiday-season charge.
Travelers requesting or requiring a private single room may be charged a single supplement.
The amount may vary according to travel dates, itinerary, accommodation level, and availability.
Altni Tours reserves the right to correct obvious typographical, technical, calculation, or pricing errors before a reservation is confirmed.
If a material pricing error is discovered after confirmation, we will contact the traveler promptly to discuss available options.
A non-refundable deposit equal to 15% of the tour price per person is required to begin the reservation process unless different terms are expressly stated in writing.
Once the required deposit has been received, Altni Tours will begin arranging the hotels, transportation, guides, accommodations, and other applicable services included in the itinerary.
The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the tour.
A reservation remains subject to availability until the applicable services have been confirmed.
After the reservation process has been completed, Altni Tours may provide the traveler with confirmed hotel information, itinerary details, covered expenses, and other booking information.
If a requested hotel, riad, camp, guide, vehicle, or other service is unavailable, Altni Tours may offer a comparable alternative.
The remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival in Morocco, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Bookings made within the final payment period may require full payment at the time of booking.
Failure to pay the balance by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and application of the applicable cancellation terms.
After full payment is received, Altni Tours may provide final travel information, confirmations, vouchers, and other applicable documents.
Payment methods may include:
The exact payment instructions applicable to a reservation will be provided directly by Altni Tours.
Travelers are responsible for fees charged by their own bank, card issuer, intermediary bank, currency-conversion provider, or other financial institution unless otherwise stated.
Never send payment using instructions that have not been verified through an authorized Altni Tours communication.
Altni Tours does not treat a change of travel dates as a tour postponement.
A change of dates is considered a cancellation and rebooking, and the applicable cancellation terms may apply.
Travelers whose schedules may change because of illness, family circumstances, employment obligations, or other reasons are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate cancellation insurance.
All cancellation requests should be provided to Altni Tours as soon as possible.
The cancellation date is the date on which Altni Tours receives the traveler’s cancellation request.
Unless different terms are expressly stated in the traveler’s confirmed booking documents, the following cancellation policy applies.
A Regular Tour is a tour booked 60 days or more before the tour start date.
| Cancellation Timing | Refund |
|---|---|
| 0–14 days before the tour | No refund available |
| 15–30 days before the tour | 25% of the total invoice is refundable |
| 31–45 days before the tour | 50% of the total invoice is refundable |
| More than 45 days before the tour | Deposit is forfeited |
A Late-Notice Tour is a tour booked 31–60 days before the tour start date.
| Cancellation Timing | Refund |
|---|---|
| 0–14 days before the tour | No refund available |
| 15–30 days before the tour | 25% of the total invoice is refundable |
| 31–60 days before the tour | 50% of the total invoice is refundable |
A Last-Minute Tour is a tour booked fewer than 30 days before the tour start date.
| Cancellation Timing | Refund |
|---|---|
| 0–14 days before the tour | No refund available |
| 15–30 days before the tour | 25% of the total invoice is refundable |
Supplier-specific non-refundable charges may also affect the amount available for refund where applicable.
Hotels, riads, desert camps, guides, transportation companies, activity providers, and other suppliers may require non-refundable payments.
Where applicable, refunds may be reduced by non-refundable amounts already committed or paid to suppliers.
Private-tour pricing is based partly on the number of travelers sharing the tour.
If one or more members of a private travel party cancel, the cost per person to operate the tour for the remaining travelers may increase.
Altni Tours may recalculate the per-person tour cost based on the reduced number of travelers.
The resulting increase must be covered by the remaining travelers or the cancelling traveler or travelers, as applicable.
Altni Tours reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel a tour when we reasonably believe traveler safety may be compromised.
Circumstances may include:
If such circumstances require Altni Tours to cancel a tour before it begins, we will provide a refund of amounts received less non-refundable payments already made or committed to local suppliers, where applicable.
Altni Tours reserves the right to discontinue or cancel services if a traveler engages in illegal activity or conduct that creates a significant legal, safety, or operational risk.
This may include unlawful political activity, illegal drug-related activity, prostitution where unlawful, violence, threatening behavior, or other conduct prohibited under applicable law.
A traveler whose services are terminated because of such conduct may be responsible for resulting expenses and may not be entitled to a refund for unused services to the extent permitted by law.
To help protect the traveler’s financial investment, Altni Tours strongly recommends comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.
Travelers should consider coverage for:
Travelers are responsible for reviewing policy coverage, limits, exclusions, and requirements.
Altni Tours is not the traveler’s insurer unless expressly stated otherwise.
After a tour has begun, refunds are generally not provided for services voluntarily unused by the traveler.
This may include:
Only services specifically identified as included in the traveler’s confirmed itinerary, quotation, or invoice are included in the tour price.
Depending on the itinerary, these may include:
The traveler should review their individual itinerary carefully because inclusions vary by tour.
Unless expressly included in the confirmed itinerary or quotation, the tour price does not normally include:
A private English-speaking driver may accompany the traveler throughout the journey as described in the itinerary.
The private-driver arrangement includes the driver-related operating expenses necessary for the confirmed tour, including:
The traveler is not expected to pay these costs separately.
The driver’s personal gratuity is not included.
Unless otherwise stated, the private driver remains available to assist with transportation during the scheduled tour, including on days that may otherwise be described as free or flexible days.
Transportation remains subject to the confirmed itinerary, reasonable driving hours, safety requirements, applicable law, and local conditions.
Altni Tours may provide the traveler with the assigned driver’s name and contact information shortly before the tour begins.
This information is provided to help travelers coordinate arrivals, pickups, and other transportation arrangements.
In Morocco, a private driver and a licensed professional tour guide perform different roles.
The driver provides transportation and may share general practical and cultural information during the journey.
Licensed professional guides may be arranged in major cities and other destinations for historical, cultural, and sightseeing tours when included in the itinerary.
If a traveler requests a professional guide to accompany the entire trip, this may be arranged when available for an additional cost.
Travelers are not expected to provide meals for their driver.
The driver normally makes his or her own meal arrangements unless another arrangement is specifically agreed.
Altni Tours works with English-speaking drivers for its standard private tours.
Requests for drivers who speak French, Spanish, or another language should be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Private tours are generally operated using comfortable vehicles appropriate to the size of the travel party and itinerary.
For smaller private groups, vehicles may include spacious seven-seat vans or comparable vehicles suitable for passengers and luggage.
For larger groups, Altni Tours may arrange a larger vehicle according to the number of travelers, luggage requirements, route, and availability.
The exact make and model of vehicle cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Members of the same travel party are not always required to arrive in Morocco at the same time.
Where travelers arrive on the same day at different times, Altni Tours may arrange pickups using the regular tour driver or an additional airport transfer, depending on the timing and itinerary.
Travelers arriving on different days should notify Altni Tours in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be discussed.
Additional transfers or services may result in additional charges.
Altni Tours selects accommodations according to the traveler’s confirmed itinerary, accommodation category, destination, availability, and preferences.
Accommodation may include:
Specific properties shown on sample itineraries or marketing materials remain subject to availability.
If a property becomes unavailable, Altni Tours may provide a comparable alternative.
Accommodation standards, room sizes, accessibility features, elevators, heating, air-conditioning, plumbing, and other facilities in Morocco may differ from those commonly found in the United States.
Historic riads and traditional properties may have architectural limitations that cannot be altered.
Special room requests remain subject to availability unless expressly confirmed.
Altni Tours intends to operate the confirmed itinerary as planned.
However, reasonable changes may be required because of:
Altni Tours may modify the order of visits, route, accommodation, guide, transportation arrangement, excursion, or activity where reasonably necessary.
Where practical, a comparable alternative will be provided.
A minor itinerary modification that does not materially reduce the overall travel experience does not constitute cancellation of the tour.
Driving times shown in itineraries or discussed before travel are estimates.
Actual travel time may vary because of traffic, weather, construction, road conditions, police or government controls, local events, or other circumstances.
Sahara experiences may include remote locations, camel rides, four-wheel-drive transportation, desert camps, changing temperatures, sand, uneven terrain, and facilities that differ from city hotels.
Activities may be modified or cancelled when required by safety, weather, physical conditions, or supplier requirements.
Travelers should notify Altni Tours in advance of dietary requirements, food allergies, or food sensitivities.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate these needs to relevant hotels, riads, camps, restaurants, drivers, and other suppliers.
However, Altni Tours cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Food preparation and allergen-control standards in Morocco may differ from those in the United States.
Travelers with serious allergies are responsible for carrying appropriate medication and taking reasonable personal precautions.
Each traveler is responsible for ensuring that they possess all documents required for travel.
These may include:
Entry requirements may change.
Information provided by Altni Tours regarding passports, visas, customs, immigration, or entry requirements is provided as general guidance.
Travelers must independently confirm current requirements with the appropriate government authority, embassy, consulate, or airline.
Altni Tours is not responsible for denied boarding or entry resulting from missing, incorrect, insufficient, or expired documents.
Travel in Morocco may involve:
Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically able to participate in their itinerary.
Travelers should inform Altni Tours before travel of relevant mobility limitations, serious medical conditions, disabilities, allergies, or special requirements that could affect participation.
Travelers are responsible for bringing necessary prescription medication and other personal medical supplies.
Prescription medications should be transported in accordance with airline and government requirements.
Altni Tours does not provide medical advice and does not guarantee availability of particular medical treatment or medication in Morocco.
Accessibility standards in Morocco may differ substantially from U.S. accessibility standards.
Historic buildings, riads, medinas, desert camps, monuments, and older properties may contain narrow passages, stairs, uneven ground, or limited accessibility.
Travelers requiring accessibility assistance should notify Altni Tours before booking so that available options can be discussed.
International flights are not included unless specifically stated in the confirmed itinerary.
Travelers are responsible for monitoring their flight schedules.
Please notify Altni Tours promptly if a delay, cancellation, missed connection, or flight schedule change may affect a transfer or tour itinerary.
Additional accommodation, transportation, or other expenses resulting from airline disruptions may be the traveler’s responsibility.
Travelers are responsible for their baggage, passport, money, electronics, valuables, and personal belongings.
Altni Tours is not responsible for loss, theft, delay, or damage to baggage or personal property except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Services or activities purchased independently by the traveler that are not included in the confirmed Altni Tours itinerary are separate transactions between the traveler and the applicable provider.
Altni Tours is not responsible for independently purchased activities, excursions, transportation, meals, or other services.
During a tour, travelers may visit markets, artisan workshops, cooperatives, shops, or other businesses.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Altni Tours is not responsible for losses caused solely by acts, omissions, delays, failures, or negligence of independent suppliers or by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Altni Tours is not responsible for delay, interruption, modification, or inability to provide services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include natural disaster, extreme weather, flood, earthquake, fire, epidemic, public-health emergency, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, strike, government action, border closure, road closure, transportation interruption, airline cancellation, supplier failure, or similar extraordinary events.
When such circumstances occur, Altni Tours may reasonably modify, shorten, suspend, postpone operational services, or cancel affected arrangements.
Any refund will be subject to the Security and Emergency Cancellation provisions above and amounts recoverable from applicable suppliers.
Travelers are expected to behave lawfully and respectfully toward drivers, guides, accommodation personnel, local communities, other travelers, suppliers, and representatives of Altni Tours.
Altni Tours may refuse or discontinue services to a traveler whose conduct is dangerous, threatening, abusive, unlawful, severely disruptive, or creates a significant risk to themselves or others.
The traveler may be responsible for any resulting accommodation, transportation, legal, medical, or other costs.
